will always be a reason not to
quit
smoking in a smoker’s mind but a
person will have to make a decision right then and there to quit and
then they will have to stick with their plans. One of the main problems
that will have to be overcome is the addiction to smoking.
The addiction to nicotine will certainly need to be
broken. Maybe smokers like the rush of just lighting up that cigarette,
the feeling of calmness it gives to them. It seems to relieve the
stress and tension that builds up in us at times. It’s

addictive habits. A cigarette when you finish a meal or when you have
breaks at work, and so forth, shows that this is mainly a habit.

doing this you will be able to understand why you may start craving

also how you will handle people who try to get you to start smoking

are kicking the habit. Make them aware that you would appreciate their
help and tolerance. Avoid them when they are smoking and if they
can’t appreciate your situation, you may have to avoid them

your list of reasons not smoke get longer. When you’ve quit
